摘要 1 免疫接种的必要性 来自成人的研究显示，感染是导致终末期肾病（ESRD）患者的第二位死亡原因，也是导致依赖透析和保守治疗的慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者住院的主要原因。CKD患者存在免疫功能受损，成人研究显示，CKD患者T淋巴细胞活化、增殖功能受损，抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒作用减低，
