摘要
目的对中药半枝莲(Scutellaria barbata D.Don)全草的化学成分进行研究。方法应用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及制备型高效液相等色谱法对中药半枝莲的化学成分进行分离,并通过理化性质和光谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为槲皮素(quercetin,1)、野黄芩素(suctellarein,2)、6,7,4'-三羟基黄酮-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6,7,4'-trihydroxyflavone-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3)、芦丁(rutin,4)、商陆苷(5,ombuoside)、1-O-3,4-(dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、staphylionoside D(7)。结论化合物3、5~7为首次从半枝莲植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Scutellaria barbata D.Don.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatographic methods including resin,silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparation HPLC et al,and identified by the chemical and physical methods,especially spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated.The structures of them were identified as quercetin(1),suctellarein(2),6,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),rutin(4),ombuoside(5),1-O-3,4-(dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-α-L-rhamnopyranopsyl-(1→2)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)and staphylionoside D(7).Conclusions Compounds 3 and 5-7 are obtained from S.barbata for the first time.
