金黄色葡萄球菌分泌超抗原在动物体内外免疫作用机制的研究进展

摘要 目的介绍金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的超抗原在动物体内外与免疫系统的作用关系。方法以国内外大量文献资料为依据,对金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的中毒性休克综合征毒素1(TSST-1)、肠毒素A、肠毒素B三种超抗原刺激机体免疫反应的情况作出归纳和总结。结果金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的超抗原通过与体内的免疫系统成分作用,刺激细胞因子过度释放,构成细胞因子网络而诱发疾病。结论对金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的超抗原的研究有助于揭示其诱发疾病的病因以及确定正确的治疗和预防方案。 Objective To introduce the action relationship of the immune system and the superantigen secreted by Staphylococcus aureus in vivo and in vitro of animals.Methods The immune response of TSST-1,SEB and SEA secreted by S.aureus was summarized based on large amount of literature.Results The interaction between superantigen and the immune system stimulated the excessive release of cytokines,formulated a cytokine network and resulted in disease.Conclusions The study on superantigen secreted by S.aureus contributes reveals the causes of relative disease and provides the information for the correct treatment and prevention.
