糖尿病治疗药物与癌症的关系及其临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 多年来医学界认为2型糖尿病会增加患者患实体肿瘤的危险,并且会增加已合并肿瘤的糖尿病患者的死亡率。这些肿瘤主要包括胰腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌及乳腺癌等,它们可能与中心型（腹型）肥胖以及患者体内的高胰岛素水平甚至高血糖有关[1]。随着降糖药物的不断问世,
