摘要
从空泡腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、其它腐蚀三个方面介绍了柴油机缸套穴蚀形成的主要原因及特征;从柴油机主要部件结构、冷却水系统、柴油机工况三个方面分析了影响穴蚀的因素;从减轻缸套振动、改进缸套材料、控制冷却水的流动、加强对冷却水的处理、改善柴油机的工作过程五个方面提出了预防缸套穴蚀的措施。
The main reasons and characters of diesel engine cylinder cavitation were discussed from vacuole eroding, electrochemistry eroding and other eroding. The influencing factors of cavitation were analyzed on diesel engine main parts and structure, cooling water system and working condition of diesel engine. Take decreasing cylinder vibration, improving cylinder material, controlling cooling water flow, enhancing cooling water disposal and improving diesel engine working process into account, preventive measures of cavitation were proposed.
