脑胶质瘤细胞的化疗药物敏感试验

STUDY OF THE SENSITIVITY OF BRAIN GLIOMA CELLS TO SOME CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC DRUGS

目的探讨脑胶质瘤对化疗药物的敏感性，指导化疗药物的选择。②方法采用四唑蓝快速比色（ＭＴＴ）法，检测３８例脑胶质瘤新鲜组织对８种化疗药物的敏感性。③结果８种化疗药物对脑胶质瘤的抑制率差异有极显著性（Ｆ＝４７．７，Ｐ＜０．０１），其中双氯乙基亚硝脲、司莫司汀、洛莫司汀抑制率较高。与其他几种化疗药物比较差异有显著性（ｑ＝８．６９～１４．３１，６．０９～１１．７４，５．４３～９．１３，Ｐ均＜０．０５）。④结论双氯乙基亚硝脲、司莫司汀、洛莫司汀对脑胶质瘤具有明显的抑制作用。

Objective\ To study the sensitivity of brain glioma cells to some chemotherapeutic drugs and to select the sensitive drugs for individual patient.\ Methods\ The chemosensitivities of glioma cells in 38 patients to eight chemotherapeutic agents were determined by using a tetrazolium based decolorimetric assay (MTT assay).\ Results\ The inhibitory effects of eight chemotherapeutic agents to brain glioma cells were different( F=47.7,P <0.01), with carmustine(BCNU), semustine(MeCCNU), comustin(CCNU) having better inhibitory effect than other agents( q=8.69-14.31, 6.09-11.74,5.43-9.13, P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ BCNU, MeCCNU, CCNU had better inhibitory effects to brain glioma cells and the results may be used for clinical reference in selecting chemotherapeutic drugs.
