Analysis on the Fishery Resources Property Right——Taking Qingdao as an Example

青岛市的渔业养殖面积和渔业产量逐年下降。渔业资源产权不清晰是重要影响因素之一,其导致了渔业资源衰退,产生"公地悲剧"问题。青岛市要实现渔业可持续发展,需推行渔业产权改革,完善渔业资源管理。

The fishery breeding area and production of Qingdao have been declined year by year .As one of the important factors , the indistinct property right leads to fishery＇ resource recession and the tragedy of the commons. This paper proposes policy recommendations to achieve sustainable deveclopment of fishery on the basis of the analysis of the development status of Qingdao fishery and the characteristics and property rights of fishery resources.
