皮质激素治疗放射性脑病19例分析

摘要 目的:观察皮质激素治疗放射性脑病的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析收治的放射性脑病患者19例,给予皮质激素为主的综合治疗。结果:19例患者中痊愈4例,显效7例,有效5例,无效3例,显效率为57.9%,总有效率为84.2%。结论:皮质激素为放射性脑病的有效治疗方法之一,规则、足疗程使用可以提高疗效。 Objective: The treatment radio of the observation skin quality hormone brain disease of clinical curative effect. Methods:Review analysis accept to cure of the radio brain patient's be 19 and give skin quality the hormone is lord of comprehensive treatment. Results..19 sufferer win completely recovered 4, show effect 7, valid 5, invalid 3, show the efficiency as 57.9%, total efficient is 84.2%. Conclusion:The skin quality hormone is a radio brain disease of valid treatment one of the methods, the rule, foot treat a distance usage can exaltation curative effect.
