摘要
目的:考察注射用头孢尼西钠与4种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法:置25℃光照及避光条件下放置,将注射用头孢尼西钠按临床用药浓度与5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,在不同时间内采用紫外分光光度法测定头孢尼西钠的质量,观察配伍液外观变化并测定其pH值的变化。结果:25℃下,光照及避光条件下放置,0~6h内配伍液外观、pH值及头孢尼西钠的质量均无明显变化。结论:注射用头孢尼西钠与4种常用输液配伍后在25℃下光照与避光放置,6h内是稳定的。
Objective:To study the stability of cefonicid sodium for injection in 4 kinds of infusion solution.Methods:According to the clinical proportion of dosage,cefonicid sodium for injection was mixed in 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.The contents of cefonicid sodium were detected by UV-spectrophotometry,and the variation of the solution appearance and pH value were observed at different time under the light condition and the dark condition at 25 ℃.Results:Under the lighting and dark condition at 25 ℃ in 6h,the four compatible mixtures had no significant variation in the solution appearance,pH value and contents.Conclusion:cefonicid sodium for injection was shown to be compatible with 4 kinds of infusion solutions within 6h at 25 ℃ under the light and dark condition.
