中越跨境经济合作区建设的实践与展望

Practice and Prospect of Constructing China-Vietnam Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone

中越跨境经济合作区建设从提议到推进,至今已有6年时间。近6年来,广西为推进跨境经济合作区进程做了许多基础性的前期准备工作,尤其在交通基础设施建设、跨境旅游合作、跨境农业合作及教育文化交流等方面成效显著。跨境合作已提升为国家战略,加快广西凭祥—越南谅山、广西东兴—越南芒街跨境经济合作区"先行先试",加强跨境合作的政策法律研究,构建中越跨境经济合作机制,探索跨境合作新模式,已成为推进中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的重要内容。

It has been nearly six years from the proposal of construction of China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone to implementation.Within six years,Guangxi has done a lot of fundamental prophase work for the progress of the cross-border economic cooperation zone,and got remarkable accomplishment,especially in the aspect of infrastructure of transportation,cooperation of tourism,agriculture,education and culture intercourse.The cross-border economic cooperation has upgraded to be national strategy and one of the important content of China-ASEAN FTA progress,which includes improving the foretaste of Pingxiang（Guangxi）-LangSon（Vietnam） and Dongxing（Guangxi）-MongCai（Vietnam） cross-border economic cooperation zone,strengthening study on law and policy,constructing cooperation mechanism,exploring new cooperation pattern.
