临床分离的马红球菌质粒提取及药物敏感性分析

从我市某职工医院院内感染的病人体内分离到非细胞免疫缺陷者罕见的19株马红球菌。对这些细菌进行抗生素敏感性试验和质粒图谱分析。结果显示这些细菌对多种抗生素有明显的耐药性。未发现毒力质粒，但所有细菌均带有未见报道的9．4kb质粒，其生物学意义有待进一步探讨。

Nineteen strains of Rhodococcus equi is olated from clinical cases were analyzed for antibiotic susceptibilityand the presence of plasmids. All the strains were multiple drug resistant and contained a 9.4Kb plasmid.Virulent plasmids were not found. Further study is needed to determine the biological significance of 9.4Kbplasmid.
