病毒性心肌炎心肌组织腺苷酸酶活性和钙、钠含量变化

摘要 本文报告病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌组织腺苷酸酶(ATPase)活性和钙、钠含量变化的实验研究结果。和对照组比较,结果显示:CVB3感染后第3天、14天及30天,心肌组织Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性显著下降(P<0.01),钙、钠及合水量明显升高(P<0.01),早于心肌组织形态学改变。提示病毒感染后心肌ATPase活性下降,反常性Ca2+超载可能是造成继发性心肌细胞损伤、心功能不全的重要原因之一。 Myocardial ATPase activities and, calcium and sodium concentrations were investigated in mouse with viralmyocarditis. The results indicated that the activities of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase reduced significantly(P<0.01), while the concentations of calcium and sodium as well as water increased apparently compared tocontrols (P<0.01) in mouse myocardium infected with CVB3 on the day 3, 14 and 30, respectively. These changeswere observed prior to histologic changes. This study suggests that the inhibition of ATPase activities, and Ca2+overload in myocardium after CVB3 infection may be an important cause of secondary myocardium damage andcardiac insufficency.
