抗病毒新药膦甲酸钠及其制剂的含量测定方法研究

摘要 膦甲酸钠是一种高效低毒的广谱抗病毒新药。本文研究了膦甲酸钠及其制剂的含量测定方法。其中利用膦甲酸钠强酸弱碱盐(pKb3为13.51)的性质以非水滴定法直接测定原料药的含量;把有机磷转变成无机磷以钼蓝分光光度法在650nm波长处比色测定制剂(溶液和霜剂)中膦甲酸钠的含量,制剂中其它成分不干扰测定。原料药、溶液和霜剂的平均回收率分别为:99.78%±0.32%、99.94%±O.46%和99.48%±0.50%。 Trisodium phosphonoformate (PFA) is a broad spectrum antiviral drug with low toxicity. Based on the weakbasic property of PFA (pKb, 13.51), nonaqueous titration was used for the determination of PFA in solid sample,while molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination of PFA in solution and cream. Themethod was not interfered with by additives in preparations. The average recovery of PFA from solid sample,solution and cream was 99.78 % ± 0.32 %, 99.94 %±0.46 % and 99.48 % ± 0.50 %, respectively.
