The role of county-level governments in the economic development in central region of China is very important.The county-level government is mainly responsible for the economic development by acting as the planners,the regulator of the market order,the promoter of industrial structure optimization,the supporter of county＇s SMEs development and expansion,as well as the basic public services provider.We should firmly establish the concept of well service for the people,strengthen government capacity and shape advanced county administrative culture.
