广东省产业转移工业园区管理的问题及对策

Problems and Strategies of Industrial Transfer Park Management in Guangdong Province

广东省是实施"双转移"(产业转移和劳动力转移)政策,建立产业转移工业园的先行地区,对我国其他地区的产业发展有着重要的示范作用。文章通过分析广东省产业转移工业园区的现状,挖掘其管理上存在的规划、招商融资、人才等诸多问题,从政策扶持和创新两层面提出了相对应的策略,以提高广东省工业园区的管理绩效。

Guangdong Province is the first area to carry out the ＂double transfer＂（industry transfer and labor transfer） policies and the first area to achieve the establishment of the industrial transfer park,which has an important demonstration effect on industrial development in other regions of China.This paper analyzes the status quo of industry transfer park in Guangdong Province,mining their existing problems in planning,investment finance,and human resources and so on,and then puts forward some corresponding strategies about policy support and Innovation to improve the management performance of industrial transfer parks in Guangdong Province.
