基于循环经济的河南省能源资源利用体系研究

On the Energy Resource Utilization Based on Circular Economy in Henan Province

由于资源短缺、环境污染及生态破坏等问题,循环经济下建立科学合理的能源资源利用体系具有重要意义。文章基于循环经济理论,运用比较研究、案例分析等方法,分析了河南省能源资源利用体系存在的问题,并提出调整产业结构、加大绿色创新、发展新能源和可再生能源以及清洁能源、加强能源工作制度化、法制化等循环经济下完善河南省能源资源利用体系的对策。

The shortage of resources,environment pollution and ecological destruction are becoming the severe problems of the current social development.It is important to establish a scientific and rational energy resource utilization system with circular economy to evaluating those problems.This paper tries to analyze the key impact factors of energy resource utilization system of Henan province basing on the theory of circular economy.Comparison studies and case studies are applied for the evaluation of those key impact factors.In the paper,several countermeasures against the problems of the current social development are proposed basing on circular economy for improving the energy resource utilization system of Henan province.Those countermeasures are adjusting industrial structure,increasing green innovation,developing new and renewable energy and clean energy,strengthening institutionalized process and legalization of energy management.
