摘要
心率信号(HRS)具有混沌特征,携带自主神经系统功能(ANSF)信息。本文分析了87例糖尿病(DM)患者HRS的功率谱、混沌图形和数值特征。与健康对照组相比较,DM组的功率话指标(TFP、PHV、PVV和RVH)数值和混沌指标(HLE、HFD、HRD和LCC)数值具有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示DM患者可能存在心ANSF的全面减损,且可能以迷走神经功能受损为重。研究表明:(1)混沌指标亦能定量检测心脏ANSF状况。(2)功率谱指标和混沌指标间呈显著线性相关(P<0.001)(3)评价ANSF的功率谱法和混沌分析法具有紧密联系。(4)作为自主神经病变(AN)的早期诊断,混沌指标可能比功率谱指标更灵敏、稳定。因而,结合功率谱法和混沌分析法,可为临床早期预防、诊断、治疗糖尿病AN提供参考。
Heart rate signals(HRS) have chaotic characteristics and carry information about autonomic nervoussystemic function(ANSF). Power spectral and chaotic characteristics of HRS taken from 87 patients withdiabetes mellitus(DM) were studied. The spectral and chaotic characteristics included both graphicalcharacteristics and numerical characteristics .Spectral index(TFP, PHV,PVV and RYH) values and chaoticindex (HLE, HFD, HRD and LCC)values in the DM group were significantly lower than those in the controlgroup(P<0. 05). The results showed that damage to cardiac ANSF in DM patients probably existed and thatvagus damage was possibly more severe. The results also showed that:(1) chaotic indexes could quane possiblymore sensitive and accurate than spectral indexes in early diagnosis of autonomic neuropathy(AN). Hence,combining power spectral analysis with chaotic analysis could provide some information for the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of AN.
