摘要
观察120例日本杉花粉过敏鼻炎病人的总IgE,特异性IgE,总IgG及特异性IgG亚类水平。结果表明,病人特异性IgE(30.60±0.78iu/ml)明显高于对照组(0.64±0.16iu/ml)(p<0.01),特异性IgG4水平,病人组(478.88±120.60ng/ml)与对照组(284.90±118.10ng/ml)亦有显著差异(P<0.01),特异性IgG2比较也有显著差异(病人组457.46±136.65ng/ml,对照组203.44±110.70ng/ml)(P<0.01),治疗后病人组特异性IgE水平下降(治疗前30.60±0.78iu/ml,治疗后1.58±0.44iu/ml,P<0.01),特异性IgG4水平也下降(治疗前478.88±120.60ng/ml,治疗后292.10±101.18ng/ml,P<0.01),均存在显著差异,提示特异性IgG亚类在Ⅰ型变态反应的诊断作用中具有明显的特异性及敏感性。
Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,we detected the levels of total IgE,Japanese cedar specificIgE,and Japanese cedar specific IgG subcalass in 120 patients with Japanese cedar allergic rhinitis.The resultsshowed that the levels of SIgG4(478.88±120.60ng/ml) of patients were significantly higher than those of thecontrols(P<0.01),and the same results were found for concentrations of specific IgG2 and IgG4.The differecebetween before-treatment and after-treatment levels of specifie IgE and specific IgG4 was also significant(specific IgE before treatment.30.60±0.78iu/ml,after treatment:1.58±0.44iu/ml P<0.01,specific IgG4 before treat.mentt478.88±120.60ng/ml,after treatment.292.10±101.18ng/ml P<0.01).We conclude that specific IgG subclasseshave obvious etiological specificity and sensitivity.
