摘要 "禁读事件"和"同性恋图书展览事件"是国外关于图书馆特殊用户的图书馆权利的典型案例,这两个案例涉及了图书馆用户利用图书馆的自由与平等权利、智识自由以及图书馆职业道德等问题。 This paper was to discuss two typical cases of library rights,including ＂library ban for an ＇pungent body odour＇ man＂ and ＂Gay Pride Exhibit ban＂,and these two cases reflected the civil rights of free and equal access to library,and intellectual freedom.
