摘要
文章在借鉴国内外信息素质评价标准和把握信息素质内涵和评价要素的基础上提出了职业技术院校学生信息素质评价指标体系初步方案,并运用德尔菲法修订指标体系。然后,依据信息素质评价指标体系编制信息素质调查量表,并应用"主成份因子分析法"对指标体系进行验证性因子分析。研究结果表明,职业技术院校学生信息素质评价指标体系具有较强的适用性和可操作性,其各项评价指标对信息素质具有很好的解释能力,可以很好地进行测量。
Based on deriving from many existing information literacy standards in the domestic and foreign,and grasping the meaning of information literacy and its evaluation factors,an elementary draft of information literacy standards oriented Chinese Vocational Education Students is established.The Delphi method is introduced to modify the draft.According to the standards,an information literacy measuring scale is built and it is verified via "principal component analysis".The results show that the information literacy assessment standards of vocational education students is very applicable and operational.The standards is available for assessing students′ information literacy.
