以湘西自治州吉首市乡镇情况为例,以经济不发达地区乡镇图书馆的现状为切入点,分析乡镇图书馆存在与发展的必要性,指出问题的根源及成因,并提出几点建议。

This article points out the necessity of studying on rural library in economic underdevelopment areas and analyzes the roots of crisis and cause from the present situation of rural library in economic underdevelopment areas taking the villages and towns in Jishou as example.The effective measures and suggestions are put forward.
