摘要 将酸溶性黑木耳多糖分别用50%、75%、100%乙醇分级沉淀得到3种多糖级分(APG6-1、APG6-2、APG6-3),分别在ABTS、DPPH、超氧阴离子和金属离子螯合不同体系下进行体外抗氧化性研究。结果表明:APG6-3的抗氧化性最强,其ABTS、DPPH、超氧阴离子和金属离子螯合的清除率分别为98.4%、99.3%、74.9%和86.3%。 Three constituents(APG6-1、APG6-2、APG6-3)were obtained from acidity-soluble polysaccharides by fraction precipitation with ethanol at 50%,75%,100%.The antioxidant activities in vitro of three polysaccharide fractions were evaluated by ABTS,DPPH,·O2-and metal chelating activities.The results showed that APG6-3 had the highest antioxidant activities,ABTS,DPPH,·O2-and metal chelation were respectively 98.4%,99.3%,74.9% and 86.3%.
