Observation of cell cultures of pituitary adenoma from patients with acromegaly

本文对10例肢端肥大症患者的体外瘤细胞培养，通过电镜观察和培养液中生长激素（GH）和催乳素（PRL）的测定，发现多数为GH－PRL混合性腺癌．

The pituitary adenoma cells from 10 acromegalic patients were cultured in vitro and observed with electronmicroscope, GH and PRL in the culture medium were detected and the serum. The results showed that six of tensamples were GH-PRL mixed pituitary adenomas.
