唐朝官府对于隐士中有政治才能的人非常重视,出台多种政策对其进行征聘。这种征聘主要有两种形式:一是由皇帝出面对隐士进行褒奖、招抚,二是通过各级官员的举荐,从而使隐士出仕。这些活动,体现了官府对于下层士人的安抚政策,也体现了不同隐士的不同人生追求。官府与隐士之间是一种博弈,为了各自的目的,都要把握好仕与隐的关系。

Tang government has a variety of the political order to recruit the hermit who have Political skills.There are two main forms of this recruitment,first,the emperor has praise and pacify the hermits,and second,the hermits was recommended by officials at all levels of the official to undertake the official career.These activities,reflecting the government policy for the lower stability of scholars,but also reflect the different life pursuit of the different hermit.Between the Government and the hermit is a game,for their own purposes,have a good grasp of the relationship between official and hidden.
