摘要 锰是一种主要的铝合金添加元素,常用的锰元素添加方法为锰铝合金添加剂法。目前国内锰添加剂对环境有污染,普遍实收率较低。高性能锰铝合金添加剂产品是一种自主开发的高效速熔、不含钠、氯、氟的高性能锰铝合金添加剂。工艺是采用粒度适宜的金属锰粉和金属铝粉,添加自行研制的高效、环保助熔剂和一定量的粘结剂,经锻压成型制得高性能锰铝合金添加剂。该产品性能远优于其它锰铝合金添加剂产品,产品实收率高又环保,而且生产效率高,将是往后市场的发展方向。 Manganese is a key additive of aluminum-alloy.When we add manganese to the iron steel smelting industry,we usually use the method of adding Mn-Al alloy.At present,most domestic manganese additive will easily cause environmental pollution with low efficiency.The high performance Mn-Al alloys additive referred in the below article is a self-developed product with many advantages,such as high speeding melting,no sodium,no chlorine,no fluorin.The way to get the high performance Mn-Al additive is to add a certain amount of high efficiency and environmental friendly flux which is developed by our selves and some bond to the manganese metal powder and aluminum metal powder with appropriate size and then,forge the above material and the high performance Mn-Al additive will be formed.This product performance far surpasses other products will lead higher environmental protection works higher efficiency.We are sure it will be the direction of market hereafter.
