急性重症胰腺炎犬胰组织P-选择素表达的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究实验动物急性重症胰腺炎时 P选择素的表达变化,拟进一步阐明重症胰腺炎的发病机制。方法 制备犬急性重症胰腺炎模型,取胰组织用免疫组化技术观察 P选择素的表达,并经图像扫描作量化处理。结果 正常胰组织中 P选择素几乎无阳性表达,而急性重症胰腺炎时其表达呈大幅度上调,为(30 .76 ±7 .47) % ,且发现中性粒细胞胞浆 P选择素呈阳性表达。结论  P选择素参与并介导了炎症反应,在急性重症胰腺炎发病中是导致炎症发生、发展的重要因素。同时,提出了中性粒细胞可能存在自身激活的初步观点。 Objective In animal experiment ,the expression of P selectin in pancreatic tissue duringacute severe pancreatitis ( A S P) was studied in an attem pt to further elucidate the pathogenesis of severeacute pancreatitis ; Method A S P model was prepared in five dogs ,the expression of P selectin in pancreat ic tissue was studied with its monoclonal antibody and labelled streptavidin biotin ( L S A B) im m unocyto chemical staining technique . Positive expression of P selectin was measured by the use of Co m puter Image Digital Analysis System ; Results P selectin w as present in A S Pdogs’pancreatic tissue but nearly absentin norm al pancreatic tissue ,the positive expression density of P selectin especially in neutrophils ofthe pan creatic interstitium in A S P was 30 .76 % ±7 .47 % ; Conclusion P selectin by initiating and m ediating cellactivation , might play an active role in the develop ment of infla m mation in A S P.
