摘要 脂肪组织作为一个强大的内分泌器官,其产生的脂肪细胞因子在脂代谢、代谢综合征和心血管疾病发病风险中发挥不同作用。内脏脂肪素是新近发现的脂肪细胞因子,在糖代谢和动脉粥样硬化中具有重要的作用,是联系炎症、胰岛β细胞功能和心血管疾病的纽带。对内脏脂肪素研究数据进行分析为更好地阐明脂肪组织、糖脂代谢以及血管疾病间的复杂联系提供了依据,进而有助于发现糖尿病和心血管疾病的早期高危患者。 The adipocytokines secreted by adipose tissue have different effects on lipid metabolism,metabolic syndrome,and cardiovascular risk.Visfatin,recently identified as a novel adipocytokine,has potentially important effects on glucose metabolism and atherosclerosis.Further research of vistafin may contribute to improving identification of high risk individuals with diabetes and cardiovascular disease and a better understanding of the complex inter-correlation between adiposity,glucose metabolism and cardiovascular disease.
