摘要 Periostin是一种细胞外基质蛋白,与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病之间有着密切的关系,可参与动脉粥样硬化的形成、血管损伤修复及急性心肌梗死的修复。现就目前periostin蛋白与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病相关研究进行综述。 Periostin is an extracellular matrix protein which was associated with coronary artery disease.It was found to be involved in atherosclerosis and in the repair of vascular injury and acute myocardial infarction.This article summarizes the present understanding regarding the relationship between periostin and coronary artery disease.
