摘要
摩托车轮毂是采用铝合金材料浇注而成的,轮辋直径的变形量大,原钻削气门孔的夹具是以轮毂轴承孔作为定位基面,气门孔深度难以保证,产品报废率高;另外,夹具平板不能调整角度,不能适应倾斜气门孔的加工要求。通过对夹具进行改进设计,将气门孔底部作为定位基准,并将夹具平板设计成角度可调整型,从而大大降低了产品报废率。
The cast hub is made of aluminum alloy which has a rim diameter with large deformation. The originally used drilling jig for the valve hole takes the hub dead eye as the location plane, which is hard to get the valve hole depth, so the rejection rate is higher; besides, the angle of the jig plate can not be adjusted, which can not meet the machining demand of the inclined valve hole. Through the improved design of the jig, the bottom of the valve hole is taken as the location reference with the angle of the jig plate adjustable, thus greating reducing the rejection rate of the products.
