摘要
依据信息不对称这一属性对劳资冲突进行分类界定,可将其细分为资方非客观理解、劳方非客观理解和双方非客观理解三种类型。据此可以从资方调节、劳方调节和双方沟通调节三个方面展开应对机制的研究,建构信息不对称型劳资冲突的管理模型。
To classify and define the conflict between capital and labor based on the property of information asymmetric,we can divide it into three types,which are the employers' non-objective understanding,employees' non-objective understanding and both non-objective understanding.And then we can expand the study on the coping mechanisms from three aspects of the management regulation,labor regulation and bilateral communication regulation,and at last,construct the management model of information asymmetry type conflict between capital and labor innovatively.
