经皮椎体成形术与经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effect of PVP and PKP on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的效果。方法将64例OVCF患者随机分为2组,A组采用PVP治疗,B组采用PKP治疗,观察2组VAS疼痛评分、椎体高度压缩率、Cobb角及术后并发症发生率等。结果 2组术后各时间点的VAS评分、椎体高度压缩率、Cobb角均明显改善(P均<0.05),B组术后的椎体高度压缩率和Cobb角改善情况明显好于A组(P均<0.05),B组的术后并发症发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 PVP与PKP均可以显著缓解OVCF的疼痛,但PKP更有利于恢复椎体高度,矫正后凸畸形,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective It is to explore the curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） and percutaneous kyphoplasty（PKP） on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture（OVCF）.Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with OVCF were divided into two groups,group A was treated with PVP and group B was treated with PKP.VAS ache score,compressibility of centrum height,Cobb degree and incidence rate of postoperative complications in both groups were observed.Results Postoperative VAS ache score,compressibility of centrum height and Cobb degree were all improved well in both groups（P0.05）,but compressibility and Cobb degree in group B after operations were much better than that in group A（P0.05）.Furthermore,the incidence rate of postoperative complications in group B was much lower than that in group A（P0.05）.Conclusion PVP and PKP both could relieve the pain of OVCF,but contrast with PVP,PKP is more in favour of recoverying centrum height rate,correcting abnormality of posterior bulge of vertebrals and reducing incidence rate of postoperative complications.
