摘要
研究了用粗氢氧化钴制备锂离子电池用硫酸钴的工艺。采用稀硫酸优溶除杂、还原浸出、氧化沉淀法除铁、锰、砷,氟化沉淀法除钙、镁,P204萃取深度净化除杂;P507萃取除钠及分离镍、钴,制备出适用于生产锂钴氧化合物的电子级硫酸钴。
Research is made on the process for preparation of lithium-ion battery-grade cobalt sulfate from crude cobalt hydroxide.And the process flowsheet is as follows:impurity removal by preferential dissolution with dilute sulfuric acid,reducing leaching,Fe,Mn and As removal by oxide precipitation,Ca and Mg removal by fluoride precipitation,deep purification and impurity removal by extraction with P204,Ni and Co separation and Na removal by extraction with P507.The electronic-grade cobalt sulfate suitable for producing lithium cobalt oxide has been obtained through the above process.
