Research Progress on OMPs of Riemerella anatipestifer

综述了鸭疫里氏杆菌外膜蛋白的研究进展。鸭疫里氏杆菌病为危害养鸭业最严重的疾病之一。外膜蛋白作为鸭疫里氏杆菌不同血清型的共同免疫原性蛋白,可同时诱导机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫,具有异种血清型的免疫交叉保护作用,其与鸭疫里氏杆菌毒力密切相关,且在鸭疫里氏杆菌诊断及疫苗研制中具有重要的应用价值。

The article briefly reviewed the recent research progress of outer membrane proteins of Riemerella anatipestifer. Riemerella anatipestifer disease was one of the worst which did great harm to ducks. As the immunogenic component of Riemerella anatipestifer, the outer membrane proteins could induce humoral and cell - mediated immunity, also provided immunologic cross -protection in different serotypes. They played an important role in the virulence of Riemerella anatipestifer, and had important value in diagnosis and vaccines manufacture for Riemerella anatipestifer.
