摘要
通过检测轮状病毒感染性腹泻儿童感染早期血清中的CD4+T细胞相关细胞因子IL-17、IL-6、IFN-γ、IL-4和TGF-β水平,探讨CD4+T细胞相关细胞因子在儿童轮状病毒感染性腹泻疾病中的作用。采用ELISA法定量检测了56例轮状病毒感染性腹泻儿童和30例正常对照儿童血清中的上述细胞因子水平。实验结果显示,轮状病毒感染性腹泻组患儿血清中IL-17、IL-6、IFN-γ和IL-4的水平与正常对照组比较未见显著差异(P>0.05),而血清中TGF-β水平则前者明显高于后者(P<0.05)。轮状病毒感染性腹泻儿童感染早期病毒活化具有免疫抑制作用的调节性T细胞造成免疫功能失调可能是引起腹泻的重要原因。
The levels of CD4+T cell pertinent cytokine(CCPC) IL-17,IL-6,IFN-γ,IL-4,and TGF-β from early human rotavirus(HRV) infected sera in children diarrhea patients(CDP) were tested to investigate the roles of CCPC in CDP infected by HRV.ELISA was adopted method was used to detect the amount of IL-17、IL-6、IFN-γ、IL-4 and TGF-βin serum of CDP,which were identified by HRV infection.Normal individuals were used as control.The results showed that the amounts of IL-17、IL-6、IFN-γ and IL-4 in the serum of children infected by HRV has no significant differences as compared with normal control group(P0.05),and TGF-βlevel in sera the former was significantly higher than the latter(P0.05).Therefore,early activation of HRV in HRV infected CDP possessed immune dysregulation caused by regulative T cells immune inhibiting role might be the important reason that caused the diarrhea.
