应用型本科《酶工程》课程教学改革的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice in Curricular Teaching Reform of Enzyme Engineering in Applied College

针对酶工程课程特点,结合多年实际教学经验,对酶工程教学内容和课程体系进行优化改革,以适应应用型工科院校学生培养的要求。通过改进教学方法和教学手段,提高学生学习积极性和主动性。为探索应用型人才培养教学模式提供参考。

Aiming at characteristics the curriculum of Enzyme Engineering,and combining with teaching experience for years,the teaching contents and curricular system of Enzyme Engineering were reformed and optimized,in order to meet students＇ fosterage demand of applied engineering universities.In addition,study zeal and initiative of students were boosted through improvement of pedagogic methods and means.These provided references to explore pedagogic model to foster applied talents.
