HY系列硫酸钡阻垢剂应用性能研究

Study on the Application of Inhibitors of HY Serious of Barium Sulfate

采用静态阻垢法,实验考察了室内研制的聚合物类HY系列硫酸钡阻垢剂针对油田注水系统的阻垢效果。并对不同温度、成垢离子、离子浓度、pH值、药剂加量、体系矿化度等条件对HY系列硫酸钡阻垢剂的阻垢效果的影响进行评价,选出阻垢效果较好的HY-2硫酸钡阻垢剂,初步确定了阻垢剂HY-2的最佳适用条件为T=30～70℃,pH=7.5,加量为70 mg/L。

Using static scale inhibiting method, the test investigated the inhibiting effects of polymer scale inhibitors of HY serious of barium sulfate on oil field water injection system. The factors of temperature, scale ion, ion concentration, pH value, additive amount, and system salinity on scale inhibiting effect of the HY serious of barium sulfate scale inhibitors were evaluated, HY -2 barium sulfate scale inhibitor was selected, and its optimal using condition was that the temperature was 30 ~ 70 ℃, the pH value was 7.5, and the additive amount was 70 mg/L.
