摘要
合成了一种阴/非离子表面活性剂,考察了油水比、含水率、温度、表面活性剂浓度、矿化度等对降黏效果的影响,确定了最佳条件为:油水比为7:3,温度为50℃,表面活性剂浓度为2 500 mg/L,抗盐能力可达12 000 mg/L。在此条件下,对稠油的降黏率达90%以上。
Based on the synthesis of a negative/non - ionic surfactant, the effect of viscosity reduction on oil - water ratio, water content, temperature, surfaetant concentration, and salinity of it were studied. The optimum conditions were that oil - water ratio was 7 : 3, the temperature was 50 ℃, and the concentration of surfactant was 2 500 mg/L. In the conditions, the rate of heavy oil viscosity reduction can reach up to 90% or more.
