红牛膝和毒清药中化学成分的初步分析

Preliminary Analysis on Chemical Constituents of Achyranthes Bidentata f.Rubra and Du Qing Yao

使用不同极性的3种溶剂对红牛膝和毒清药进行了萃取,并利用系统的方法分别对萃取物进行了化学成分的定性检测。结果表明红牛膝和毒清药中含有酚类、有机酸、还原糖、挥发油等成分。

The misxture from Achyranthes bidentata f. rubra and Du Qing Yao was extracted in three different solu- tions. The chemical constituents of Achyranthes bidentata f. rubra and Du Qing Yao were then preliminarily studied with systematical chemical pre -trial method. The results indicated that Achyranthes bidentata f. rubra and Du Qing Yao contained phenols, organic acids, reducing sugar, naphtha, etc.
