摘要
利用GC-MS建立了一种快速检测酱油中三种氯丙醇的方法。采用乙酸乙酯提取,经七氟丁酰基咪唑(HFBI)衍生后,GC-MS检测。1,3-DCP、2,3-DCP、3-MCPD的方法检出限分别为0.454μg/kg、0.564μg/kg、0.240μg/kg。添加浓度为10μg/kg三种标准物质的回收率均大于93%,标准偏差小于3.2。
A method for determination of three chloropropanols in soy sauce simultaneously by GC - MS was developed. The chloropropanols were extracted by ethyl acetate and derivatized with HFBI. The LODs of method for 1,3 - DCP, 2,3 - DCP, 3 - MCPD were 0.454 μg/kg, 0. 564μg/kg, 0. 240 μg/kg, respectively. At 10 μg/L spiked level, recoveries of chloropropanols were all more than 93 % and DSR of the method were all less than 3.2.
