药学专业物理化学实验绿色三液体系的研究

摘要 结合药学学科专业特点和物理化学实验绿色化教学改革的要求,设计了以水杨酸甲酯、异丙醇和水为物质基础的三组分液-液体系;采用滴定实验观察三元体系由清澈的单相区向浑浊的多相区转变的情况,根据溶解度曲线绘制了水杨酸甲酯-异丙醇-水三元相图。该三元液-液体系绿色无毒害,同时可指导药用挥发油制剂的处方选择,建议在医药类院校的物理化学实验中推广使用。 Combining the professional characteristics of pharmic specialty and the request of green physical chemistry experiments reform, a new ternary liquid system was designed based on methyl salicylate, isopropyl alcohol and water as fundamental substances. The titration experiment was adopted to observe the change condition from pure uniphase zone to turbid polyphase zone of methyl salicylate - isopropyl alcohol - water ternary system. The methyl salicylate - isopropyl al- cohol - water ternary phase diagram was plotted according to the solubility curve. This green ternary liquid - liquid system was harmless, and can be used to guide the prescription for volatile oil pharmaceutics. Based on the above discussion, the methyl salicylate - isopropyl alcohol - water ternary system as an example in the physical chemistry experiment for pharmie specialty.
