对大鼠辐射热甩尾试验加以改进，自制测痛仪，研究大鼠皮下或蛛网膜下腔注射吗啡的镇痛作用。结果说明，该测痛仪装置简单，操作方便，测痛比较灵敏，甩尾试验反应恒定，重复性好。
