摘要
针对黑龙江省火电第三工程公司HG-1900/25.4-YM3型600 MW超临界火电机组安装工程,阐述了T91/P91钢的焊接及热处理工艺,从焊接设备、焊接材料选择、焊接方法、环境、坡口的清理准备及对口、焊前预热、伴热、后热及焊后热处理等方面对焊接及热处理工艺进行控制,保证了现场T91/P91钢焊接和热处理工艺质量。
On the basis of the installation work of HG-1900/25.4-YM3 type 600 MW supercritical thermal units in Heilongjiang Thermal Power No.3 Construction Corporation,this paper introduces the welding and heat treatment of T91/P91 steel,which is controlled from the device,material selection,method,environment,preparation for bevel cleaning and the contra-aperture of welding,warm-up,tracing and postheat before welding and heat treatment after welding.The quality of the welding and heat treatment of T91/P91 steel is guaranteed.
