摘要 幅相一致行波管要求批量管子之间在宽频带内达到幅度一致和相位一致。在电子对抗领域,幅相一致行波管有着重要的用途。本论文主要介绍工作频带6~18 GHz,最小输出功率为100 W的幅相一致行波管的研制情况。 For the amplitude and phase consistent TWT,the amplitude and phase should be controlled to be consistent with each other in broadband.The amplitude and phase consistent TWT has great application in the field of Electronic Counter Measures(ECM) and phased array radar.This paper introduces an amplitude and phase consistent TWT which delivering 100W between 6 and 18 GHz.
