The Strategies and Suggestions on Enhancing the Development of Wenshan City's Construction

文章回顾"九五"以来文山市城市建设的历程,分析城市建设的现状,探寻建设中存在的困难和问题。提出深入研究、做好规划,夯实基础、强化功能,健全机制、加强管理,"扶""管"并进、稳定市场,严格用地、缓解矛盾,多方融资、加大投入等加快文山市城市建设六个方面的对策及建议。

This paper looks back on the journey of the construction of Wenshan city from the time of the ninth five-year-plan and analyzes the present city construction,so as to explore the difficulties and problems of city construction.It proposes the following six strategies and suggestions：taking deep research,making good plan,laying the solid foundation,enhancing the function,perfecting the mechanism,enhancing the management,taking the pace of ＂help＂ and ＂management＂,sustaining the market,restricting the use of land,alleviating the contradictions,raising the fund from all directions,increasing the investment in the city construction.
