摘要
经济、技术、政治的全球化必然给教学思想的发展带来冲击,从历史和现实的维度看,教学思想的国际化和本土化其实是一枚"硬币"的两面。教学思想研究处于弱势地位的后发国家,一方面意识到急需学习和吸纳国外先进教学思想的必要性和紧迫性,另一方面也会对国外教学思想产生情感上的抵触和焦虑。为此需要达成的共识应该是全面理解异域教学思想,从我国教学中的真实问题出发,从制度和文化层面为异域教学思想的本土化提供开展实验的条件和环境。
The economic,technological and political globalization would certainly exert substantial impact on the development of pedagogic thoughts.As a matter of fact,the internationalization and localization of pedagogical thoughts are the two sides of a coin.Countries that remain underdeveloped in research on pedagogical thoughts should be aware of the importance and urgency of learning from those advanced pedagogical thoughts abroad,but on the other hand,would feel rather resentful and anxious about the introduction of foreign ideas.Therefore,it is necessary to reach a consensus regarding the comprehensive understanding of foreign pedagogical thoughts.At the same time,focusing on the realistic problems in our own education,we should provide both institutional as well as cultural conditions and environments that are favorable for the localization of foreign pedagogical thoughts in China.
