大学教师学术话语权意识的缺失 被引量:6

摘要 当前很多大学教师从事的"学术"活动,既缺乏独立的思考和判断,又过分倚重结构和形式,功用色彩明显。这些缺憾,使得教师的学术缺乏"学人"的精神追求。造成这一现象的原因,是由于行政力量、专家学者掌握了文化资本,形成了"逻辑权力"进行制约。同时大学教师受到学以致用理念、科学主义泛滥,学术的程式化影响,使得自身的批判和表达能力不断被弱化,学术失去了精神意义上的生命。这种状况反映出教师的学术现状是,在本质上的主动退缩,而其获得的"自由"仅限于形式,缺乏真正的内容和意义。要改变这一状况,首先要设法破除一元化话语霸权;其次教师自身须提高主体及批判意识;第三,广泛进行对话和交流,在特定的语境中获得,改变现有的话语次序。 Lacking critical thinking and independent judgment in their pursuit of an academic career,university teachers in China today are mainly engaged in utility-oriented academic activities,desperately trying to fit in with the institutionalized society.This problem is due to the fact that administrative power and professional elites in China are strictly controlling the cultural capital and exerting a kind of 'thought suppression',while the traditional Chinese view of 'studying for the purpose of application' as well as the plague of scientism in modern China are also blamable for the weakening of teachers' critical thinking and verbal expression ability,even the death of their spiritual life.Such a phenomenon,on the other hand,reflects the teachers' voluntary desertion of their own thinking,and eagerness to identify themselves with the institutionalized society.As a result,the freedom they are to enjoy exists in name only,but lacks substantial meaning and significance.To remedy this condition,first of all,it is necessary to break the unified and hegemonic discourse in China.Secondly,the teachers should also develop their own subjectivity as well as critical awareness;in the meanwhile,they should have extensive dialogue and communication with others so as to regain their discourse rights and change the existing discourse order.
