高校贫困生资助问题关系到高等教育的健康发展。目前,国家的"奖、助、补、免、贷"各项帮扶制度日益完善,高校贫困生资助工作在解决贫困生问题上收到了一定成效,但强调经济资助、侧重政府投入,以及认定标准的模糊,阻碍了资助工作的深入推进。促进贫困生资助工作全面、协调、可持续发展,需从存在的深层次问题着手,明确内涵式发展路径,探索多种捐资助学模式,并逐步在方法上实现贫困生动态数据管理,从而真正惠及广大贫困学生。

The question about funding the impoverished college students relates to the healthy development of higher education.At present,various polices of our country about helping systems such as ＂awarding,aiding;subsidizing,relieving and crediting＂ are increasingly perfect and the funding work for solving the question about the impoverished students has reached some achievements;however,emphasizing on economic aids and government funding and the determined fuzzy standard prevent the funding work from deeply advancing.For promoting the work of funding the impoverished college student whole,coordinate and sustainable development,it is necessary to start from the deep-seated problems to clear connotative development way,explore various donation modes and gradually realize the dynamic data management for the impoverished college students,so as to really benefit many impoverished students.
