降糖抑消胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病60例观察

Treating Diabetes Ⅱ With Capsulae for Hypoglycemic Agent——An Observation of 60 Cases

观察降糖抑消胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。采用单盲对比法将患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 60例 ,对照组 30例 ,分别服用降糖抑消胶囊和消渴丸 ,并于治疗前后检查血糖、血脂、尿糖等 ,结果 :两组分别显效 14、 3例 ,有效 41、 19例 ,无效 5、 8例 ,总有效率分别为92 %、 72 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,该胶囊能有效降低患者的血糖、尿糖 ,尤其对改善症状 ,降低血脂有较好疗效。

The Clinical curative effect of treating diabetes Ⅱ with capsulae for hypoglycemic agent has been observed. The patients were divided into two groups with random using blindly balance. The 60 cases of treatment group took the capsulae for hypoglycemic agent, while the 30 cases of contral group took the Bolus for Diabetes. Before and after treating, the blood sugar, blood-lipid and glucose in urine were examined. The results showed that in the two groups, there were 14 and 3 cases with marked effect, 41 and 19 cases with some effect, 5 and 8 cases with no effect. The total effect rate were 92% and 72% respectively. The treatment group was better than contral group (P<0 05). The capsulae is effective for reducing patients' blood sagar and glucose in urine, espeisully for improving symptom and reducing blood lipid.
