基体树脂和相容剂对蒙脱土在聚丙烯中分散状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文选用了三种不同分子量大小的聚丙烯制备了聚丙烯/蒙脱土复合材料,结果表明:聚丙烯的分子量越高,蒙脱土的分散越好,说明蒙脱土的分散效果受到体系粘度的影响.因此,以PPMA为相容剂制备蒙脱土/聚丙烯复合材料时必须考虑到PPMA对体系粘度影响,本文在考察PPMA对蒙脱土分散的影响时选用了两种不同分子量的PPMA,一种对体系的粘度影响不大,另一种分子量非常低,结果表明:当PPMA对体系的粘度影响不大的时候,PPMA的量越多,蒙脱土的分散效果越好,但是如果PPMA的分子量过低,加大PPMA的用量反而不利于蒙脱土的分散.
