摘要
通过对客户资料的收集、分析,找出电力大客户服务规律,开展对电力大客户的个性化管理,提出以户为单位进行精细化分析的方法,逐户分析各项指标完成情况,制定大客户电量、电费明细表,对电力大客户按不同行业进行分类指导,全面推广预付费电能表,实行预购电制,对部分用电量较大的客户实行分次收费,执行"负荷控制购电"制度,保证电费回收按时结零。
Through the collection and analysis of customer information, service laws of large electricity customers are found out, the personalized management of large electricity customers is carry out. The method of the household as the unit is proposed for refinement analysis. the completion situation of indicators is analyzed door by door to make large electricity customers energy consumptions and tariff list. Large electricity customers are classified according to different industries to get guidance, to promote prepayment meters and achieve pre-order electrical system. For some larger customers with the large power consumption, fractional charges are implemented, the implementation of " load control purchasing " system is to ensure zero tariff recovery in time.
